Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions include two sections:
- Individual & Team Course Purchases — for customers using GTM Partners courses and materials for personal development or internally within their company.
- GTM Certified Partner Program — for Partners licensed to use GTM Partners tools, frameworks, materials, and branding to serve external clients.
For Individual & Team Course Purchases
✅ Course Access: Your access to this course is valid for 1 year unless otherwise specified. Free trial courses are typically 14 days.
✅ For Personal & Internal Company Use Only: These courses are designed to help you and your company implement the GTM OS effectively. You may not share your login or use these materials to provide paid consulting or services to other companies unless you have an active GTM Certified Partner license.
✅ Intellectual Property: All course content, including videos, frameworks, and materials, is owned by GTM Partners. You may use it to improve your skills and apply it within your own company, but you may not copy, distribute, resell, or use it to serve external clients without an active GTM Certified Partner license.
For GTM Certified Partner Program Purchases
Partner License Required: If you want to use the GTM Operating System™ (GTM OS) to consult with or serve other companies, you must purchase and maintain a Partner license.
Active Subscription Required: Certified Partners maintain portal access, certified status, licensing rights to use GTM Partners’ proprietary tools and branding in their business, and their GTM Marketplace listing only while their Partner subscription is active.
License Is Individual & Non-Transferable: Your Certified Partner license is for you only. You may not share your login, resell access, or allow others to independently access or use GTM Partners’ tools, training, or materials.
Intellectual Property: All GTM Partners course content and proprietary resources — including videos, frameworks, graphics, training materials, assessments, proprietary tools, printable materials, and the GTM Operating System™ — are owned by GTM Partners.
While your Partner subscription is active, you may use these resources to develop your skills and serve your clients in accordance with these Terms.
If your subscription ends, you may no longer use GTM Partners proprietary content, tools, frameworks, branding, or materials for new compensated client engagements. You must also remove GTM Partners Certified Partner branding and certified status from LinkedIn, websites, and other channels.
You may, however, complete qualifying client engagements that were contracted while your Partner license was active.
Active Client Engagements After Cancellation or Non-Renewal
If your Partner subscription ends, you may complete client engagements that were contracted while your Partner license was active. Clients may continue to use any materials, deliverables, or resources that were properly provided to them while your Partner license was active.
Use of GTM Partners Resources With Clients
While your Partner subscription is active, you may use and provide clients with GTM Partners resources that we make available to you for the purpose of serving those clients.
These resources may include slide decks, research reports and PDFs, worksheets, spreadsheets, assessments, workshop materials, frameworks, templates, and completed client deliverables.
These materials may be used as part of your client work but may not be resold, sublicensed, distributed as standalone GTM Partners products, or used to provide others with independent access to GTM Partners intellectual property.
Your Existing and Independently Created Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of intellectual property, methodologies, materials, templates, and other content that you create independently of GTM Partners, including materials you created before becoming a Partner.
Nothing in the Partner Program transfers ownership of your independently created intellectual property to GTM Partners. GTM Partners proprietary content, frameworks, tools, training materials, and other intellectual property remain the property of GTM Partners.
Program Participation & Refund Policy
The Certified Partner Program is a participation and implementation-based program. Your results depend on the effort, execution, and participation you put into building your business and applying the training, systems, coaching, and resources provided.
Unused training, coaching, resources, access, or other program benefits do not create a right to a refund, credit, or extension.
GTM Partners does not guarantee any specific level of revenue, clients, income, or business results except for the limited 100% Guarantee described below.
100% Guarantee
The 100% Guarantee is available only when:
- You purchase your full first year of the Certified Partner Program in a single upfront payment, without using an installment or monthly payment plan; and
- You complete all of the participation requirements below during your first year.
To qualify, you must:
- Complete Partner Onboarding, including the 1-hour onboarding course and live onboarding call.
- Complete GTM OS Certification within your first 30 days, including the 8-Pillar GTM OS Masterclass and 3Ps training.
- Complete the Brand System Training.
- Define your ICP and offers.
- Publish your GTM Partners Marketplace listing.
- Update your LinkedIn profile to function as your sales page.
- Set up your assessment funnel.

If you complete all of the requirements above and, by the end of your first 12 months in the Certified Partner Program, you have not sold at least $15,000 in paid client services, you may cancel your partnership and request a refund of your initial Certified Partner Program payment.
All paid client services you sell during the first year count toward the $15,000 threshold, whether or not the work is specifically branded as GTM OS work.
If you have not completed all of the Guarantee requirements, the standard no-refund policy applies.
Partner Subscription After Your First Year
After your first year, your Partner subscription will automatically convert to a month-to-month subscription at the then-current monthly Partner subscription rate, unless you cancel or select another available renewal option.
You may alternatively choose to make a one-time annual payment at a discounted rate to lock in a lower price for the following year.
Cancellation After Your First Year
After your first year, a month-to-month Partner subscription may be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation stops your next monthly payment, and you will retain access and Partner benefits through the end of your current paid billing period.
After that period ends, your Partner rights, portal access, licensing privileges, certified status, branding rights, and GTM Marketplace listing will end, subject to the provisions above allowing you to complete qualifying client engagements that were contracted while your Partner license was active.
If a cancelled Partner subscription is later restarted, the pricing and terms available at the time of re-enrollment will apply.
Independent Business Relationship
Certified Partners operate as independent businesses. Nothing in the Partner Program creates an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, or partnership relationship with GTM Partners.
You are responsible for your own client agreements, pricing, services, representations, taxes, and business obligations, and you may not enter into agreements or make commitments on behalf of GTM Partners.
Limited Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTM Partners’ total liability arising out of or relating to the Partner Program, these Terms, or your participation in the program will not exceed the total fees you paid to GTM Partners during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
GTM Partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Transfer of Agreement
GTM Partners may assign or transfer these Terms and your Partner agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of the business, reorganization, or other change of control.
Your Partner license is personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred without GTM Partners’ written consent.
General Terms
These Terms constitute the agreement governing your participation in the applicable program. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
